Thai massage increases the client’s range of motion and flexibility and relieves pain and muscle tension. The many therapeutic benefits can be enjoyed by people of any age regardless of their current levels of flexibility.

It improves overall well-being, energy, circulation and range of motion and flexibility. Thai massage is beneficial for many different conditions including headaches, arthritis, back pain, whiplash, fibromyalgia, stress and tension.

Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor while wearing comfortable clothing that allows the client to move and stretch. The movements and manipulations done by the therapist allow the client to stay relaxed, receiving greater stretching benefits than can be achieved on one’s own.
